Staff was friendly. great breakfast. Clean and cozy room. There's a big supermarket on the ground floor. Excellent location, quiet area, 10 minutes to the main railway station, 15 -20 minutes to the center.

Excellent hotel with great wi-fi, a fitness center, and friendly staff. On my first stay, they helped my old parents with kind attention. I recommend it for a comfortable visit. I'm coming back for Christmas!

Very nice hotel, with a very fancy room if you compare the price. Small details that makes the difference as candies in the room, minibar, free internet, very polite employes, a true 4 star hotel. Good it has a supermarket, below the hotel, with a very nice place to have breakfast.

The location is not good, if you want to walk to attractions in Berlin, in the other hand, there is a subway station 200 metes from the Hotel.

The staff were fantastic. Everyone greeted me with a smile and a hello, even passing in the corridor. I travel alot and the staff in this hotel were text book professionals. The hotel was built in November 2010 and is class a decor, and the whole hotel was immaculate. I stayed in a business single room and expected alot less for the money, in all fantastic value. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet, and there was lots of room for a single (even though there were twin beds). The free Wi-fi was problem free and easy to log in to. The hotel is 300m from the U-Bahn and less than 5km from Tegel airport. The bar and restaurant served good food at good value prices and there is a clean smoking lounge if you must. In summary if you are going to Berlin my advice ist to stay at this hotel. It is classed as a 4 star but I have stayed in 5 star hotels which don't measure up to this standard. Thoroughly recommended.

This is not a dislike, but nothing is perfect, and there is nowhere to print documents, so if you have to print reports, prepare handouts etc for business purposes it might not be idea. Having said that all I had to do was email my documents to reception and they printed them off for me, so printing a boarding pass etc would be no problem, as long as you had your own computer.

Beautifuly designed hotel, fairly clean, with extremely helpful and always welcoming staff with arrangements for airport taxi. Location close enough to a big supermarket and an Asian bouffet-restaurant and Berlin and an Accor customer...

Convenient supermarket, spacious rooms, easy access to public transportation

Confusing hotel layout makes navigation frustrating!!! Unreliable hot water during peak hours is unacceptable!!! Cleaning inconsistencies add to overall disappointments!!! More attention to detail needed in maintaining room quality!!!

I appreciated the bright and modern decor throughout the Mercure Hotel Moa Berlin, especially the clean and spacious lobby, made navigating easy. The proximity to public transportation was perfect for my daily explorations.

New, nice hotel with a very friendly personnel. Very good and rich breakfast.

Maybe it was because of being it a Sunday's evening, but there was a really small choice in the restaurant. What I have chosen was good but there are not any restaurants in the neighbourhood, so this might be a problem. The access to the parking house was not clearly marked, but it is still under construction.

Hotel design is fantastic - super modern and fresh style in everything. Breakfast is a bit expensive, but it worth so. New kitchen everyday and once again design. Design in everything. On down floor there is a shopping mall, parking is right there in the building with free of charge places for hotel guests. 3 mins walk to nearest underground station, 5 mins walk to historical brauhaus Sudbrau, 10 mins walk to Tiergarten.
